Warranty Policy

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser,
and the limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase.
The warranty will be invalid on the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.
Warranty period may vary by country subject to local laws and regulations.

Warranty Statement

If your product malfunctions, you are eligible for warranty service as long as you provide
valid proof of purchase and the following information:

  1. The order number generated when you bought the product through NITIGO’s official channels.
  2. A sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the product name, price, and sales channel.
If a product covered under warranty cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a brand
new product of the same model.

Warranty Exclusions

  1. Non-quality related issues
  2. Invalid or incomplete proof of purchase
  3. Purchased from unauthorized resellers
  4. Refunded or free products
  5. Warranty period expired
  6. Misused, abused, damaged by accident or force majeure (e.g., lightning, tornado, hurricane, etc.)
  7. Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals
  8. Any defect or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids, or other external causes
  9. Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts
  10. Normal wear and tear over time
  11. Shipping damage (We strongly recommend keeping the original box and all packaging materials for safe shipping when claiming warranty)
  12. Use for special applications other than normal consumer use
  13. The battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual item, or unauthorized alteration on the warranty certificate
  14. Lost or stolen products
Paid Out-of-Warranty Repair Service

For products that are out of warranty or not covered under warranty, you can request a
paid repair by contacting support@nitigo.eu. A quotation will be provided based on the
product’s condition.

Warranty extension

Register your product on the official website within 30 days of purchase to receive an
additional 2-year extended warranty (for a total of 5 years, including the original warranty).

Shipping Cost of Repair

If the product qualifies for warranty service during the warranty period, NITIGO covers all
shipping costs.

For products not covered under warranty, the customer shall bear the one-way shipping
cost.

For both warranty and paid repairs, the customer is solely responsible for any customs
duties, taxes, clearance fees, and other costs arising from cross-regional repair.

However, any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer are the
customer’s responsibility.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

This limited warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, including any
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and any other
warranties that may exist under law. Unless expressly stated in this policy, NITIGO makes
no other warranties.
NITIGO and its affiliates are not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential
damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of use.
Any implied warranty that cannot be disclaimed under law is limited to the duration of this
express warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty can only be modified by NITIGO. NITIGO’s sole responsibility is limited to
repair or replacement as described in this policy.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by
jurisdiction
