Shipping Policy
This Policy applies exclusively to end consumers who purchase products directly from the
official website nitigo.eu/nitigo.de For products purchased through distributors, retailers,
or other third-party channels, please refer to the shipping policies of the respective selling
party.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the following EU countries/regions:Germany, France, Italy, Spain,
Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, etc. More countries will be added over time, please contact

Please ensure all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. We are not
responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, delays, or other
losses caused by incorrect shipping information.
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse(s) located in Europe.
Our primary shipping carriers include: DPD, GLS
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours. During peak seasons or major promotional
events, processing times may be extended than 72 hours. We will notify you via email in a
timely manner.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information usually updates within 24 hours of shipment. If no update appears
after more than 5 business days, please contact us by phone or email.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7
business days. We will help you contact the shipping carrier. After investigation and
confirmation by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages. You will
receive multiple tracking numbers, and delivery times may vary across packages.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery in Germany: 2–4 business days.
Standard delivery in other EU countries: 3–5 business days.
Actual delivery time may be delayed due to remote locations, customs inspections, or
other factors. In the event of delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters,
strikes), we will notify you promptly but shall not be held liable for any resulting losses.
Shipping Costs
All products on our official website ship for free to eligible EU countries.
For delivery to other regions, shipping costs will be calculated separately based on
package weight.
The order price already includes VAT within the EU.
When shipping outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and
are to be borne by the recipient.
Shipping Requirements for Lithium Battery Products
Shipments containing lithium battery products must comply with the following safety requirements:
- Before returning, please discharge the battery to approximately 30%.
- Place the product back into its original packaging and seal the box using the H-taping method.
- Affix the required lithium battery labels (e.g., UN3480/UN3481) and Class 9 hazardous material label on the outside of the shipping box.
- Contact the designated carrier to schedule a hazardous materials pickup. Do not drop off hazardous packages at regular shipping locations
